From the 4th January 2009, it has been compulsory to provide an Energy Performance Certificate for nearly all commercial properties that are marketed For Sale or To Let.

It is therefore vital to have a reliable supplier of EPC's who can carry out assessments quickly and efficiently and facilitate the smooth running of your business.

We will carry out a non-invasive inspection of the property, to determine and record all energy values relating to the building.

We at LEC specialise in producing commercial EPC's. We are BRE Accredited and offer a service tailored to suit our clients requirements.

We will provide you with an immediate quotation and aim to carry out all our inspections within 5 working days of instruction, returning to you the EPC and Recommendations Report within 3 working days later. You will find an Enquiry Form which we ask you to complete. This will enable us to provide you with an accurate quotation for an EPC.
